A statement that, in my opinion, reflects reality very well. Which CEO doesn’t have an assistant? And why should you, as the head of your company (no matter how big or small), do everything on your own – according to the motto “yourself” and “all the time”?
I’m Jacqueline
Virtual assistant on a self-employed basis, family manager and until recently a student for a Bachelor of International Management in distance learning.
During my time as an executive assistant, I realized that I like planning, organizing and structuring and that I have a talent for making other people’s lives “administratively” easier.
The CEO had more time to focus on strategic goals while I managed the operational business. The team benefited from a functioning digital filing system and work processes were optimized. Meetings and events were organized in the “background”, ran like clockwork and were documented accordingly.
With a total of 4 international relocations and my current life constellation, my enjoyment of planning, structuring and organizing comes in very handy and if the whole thing happens efficiently and effectively, all the better.
I’ve always been the freedom-loving, curious one who (almost) always has to try everything, true to the motto: “Nothing ventured, nothing gained”.
Having grown up in a sheltered family home in Thuringia, I moved to the Black Forest after leaving school and started my career as a hotel manager.
My desire for variety, spontaneity and working with people have shown me that an 8-5 job is not for me. I actually had my first job as an assistant manager at the hotel management school and from then on my path was clear:
- I feel comfortable on my laptop
- I have a digital affinity and find new tools exciting
- Technology doesn’t scare me, it presents me with welcome challenges
- I am good at organizing
In the past, I was lucky enough to have employers who allowed me to work flexibly and from any location.
Our moves to New Zealand and Singapore and the respective restarts inspired me to work as a virtual assistant. Why?
- I can combine my studies, work and family – in other words, I am flexible and independent of location
- I can support other self-employed people in advancing their business
- I can pass on my knowledge
- I can make administration easy
- I can do what I like to do
Administration can be fun and easy and that’s exactly what I stand for.

I like to defy convention and think outside the box – my favorite character is Pippi Longstocking – I build the world the way I like it.
I love tattoos, skull T-shirts, boots and jeans, fast cars and my Harley Davidson! But that can’t stop me from delivering reliable, high-quality and creative work.
